Q: How long have you been at Fasig Brooks?
Emily: “April will mark my one-year anniversary with Fasig Brooks, and I look forward to many more. I have grown so much as an attorney working with Jimmy, Dana, Carrie, Kimmy and all the other wonderful people here.”
Q: Describe your role at Fasig Brooks.
Emily: “I am an attorney working directly with our clients to get them the best possible outcome for their cases.”
Q: What inspired you to join the team here?
Emily: “I was inspired by the other attorneys here at the firm. It was clear that I could help more people and make a greater impact on their lives by joining the Fasig Brooks team.”
Q: What’s the most meaningful part of working at Fasig Brooks?
Emily: “Nothing makes me happier than to hear from a client how happy they are with the work we did for them and how their life has changed for the better.”
Q: If each day had 25 hours, what would you do with the extra time?
Emily: “I would absolutely spend more time with my family, friends and my furbabies.”
Q: What book or movie has had a significant impact on you and why?
Emily: “It’s so hard to pick, but if I had to narrow it down, I would say anything by Glennon Doyle: We Can Do Hard things, Love Warrior, Untamed, Carry On Warrior. Her books have always served as an inspiration to me.”
Q: What keeps you going when you are under pressure?
Emily: “My faith. It keeps me strong and moving forward on the right path.”
Q: What is something about Fasig Brooks you wish more people knew about?
Emily: “How much we truly do care about our clients. From the attorneys to the paralegals to the support staff, everyone has the client’s best interests at heart and makes it their top priority to serve them in the best way possible.”
Q: What’s your dream car?
Emily: “1977 Classic Ford Bronco. A classic vehicle and fun to drive!”
Q: If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?
Emily: “Anywhere tropical. I love the beach.”
Q: What’s your favorite activity outside of work?
Emily: “Going to the beach or anywhere with sunshine & water.”
Q: What’s your favorite place to visit?
Emily: “Pensacola, it’s my hometown. My family, the people, the food and best beaches all make it my favorite place to visit.”
Q: What’s the most frequently asked question you get from clients and how do you answer?
Emily: “‘How do I pay for this?’ – People often ask this, and I am always happy to tell them that we do not get paid unless we win your case. It costs nothing to call us for a consultation and we work to get you the most out of any settlement for our clients.”
