  I want to sincerely thank the team at Fasig Brooks, specifically attorneys Ryan Molaghan, Carrie Roane, Jimmy Fasig, and paralegal Jennifer Harness, who fought to get my medical bills covered after an uninsured and distracted driver slammed into my car at a stop light. Initially I did not hire Fasig Brooks, instead going directly through my insurance company because I carried uninsured motorist coverage. My own insurance company offered me an amount that was less than one tenth of what my medical treatment ultimately cost, despite me carrying a policy that was more than sufficient to cover all care. They were calling me 3 times a day heavily pressuring me to accept their tiny offer and sign a form to absolve them of any additional obligation. My insurance company was solely motivated to pay as little as possible, without any regard to my health.

Because of this, I hired Fasig Brooks. Without the hard work of the team at Fasig Brooks, I would have been stuck paying my five-figure medical bills out of pocket despite carrying insurance coverage for the exact situation that occurred. They are the protectors of normal people against the greed of the insurance companies, whose primary goal is to raise premiums and deny coverage. The first care of the firm was my physical well being..only after making sure I was on a proper road to recovery did the issue of financial recovery come into play. Jimmy and Dana are the real thing.

Jimmy and Dana are the real thing. What you see on the commercials is what you get in person. I have Jimmy's number in my phone now :) Dana is the powerhouse you see, but super easy to talk to. Kinda like that sister that is going to beat up the bully for you. I highly recommend this team. They are the best!
