If I could give more stars I would. I do not think I could put into words how great, trustworthy, and knowledgeable these people are that I had the honor of working with. I had the pleasure of working along side Craig Richards, Arianne, Jennifer, Susan, and Sheri. From day 1, they assured me that my case was won. There was never a time where I had a question and they did not answer it. Everything was prompt and done in excellence. Everything was articulated very well. The effort they bestowed on my case was transcendent. Everything was surgically done. They were so good they even answered questions I didn’t ask them. If I had to compare Mr. Richards to anything I would say with all due respect, he is a shark in the lawyer world. A Megalodon might I add. During mediation, when he presented my case I sat in awe of how he spoke with clarity, intensity, and he grabbed everyone’s attention as soon as he spoke. I went home that day and told my wife I had no doubt then that if we went to trial we would get nothing less than a verdict in favor of us. He and his team are gems! Job well done!! I can’t thank you guys enough!! You all should receive some type of medal or raise or something for the work you guys put in! I absolutely love it!!! 😁😁

Carrie Roane and Brittany Waldo changed my impression around having to hire a law firm to represent me.  It was so nice not to have to worry if they were truly concerned about what's best for me.  Carrie's experience and knowledge of how to handle other lawyers was impressive.  Probably the part I appreciated the best was she knew it was important to me to be able to speak freely and provide my personal feelings directly to the other party in my case and knew when to give me the greenlight to do that to where it wasn't a setback/negative to my case. I also appreciated that my time was valued and they never just wasted my time reviewing trivial things.

Character, Integrity, and Trust are words that mean something to me, and Carrie and Brittany both demonstrate those qualities.  These two women represented Fasig/Brooks very well and I hope these ladies feel valued by their employer.

Carrie and her team were very prompt, straightforward, and very attentive, they made this process so easy for us, they answered every question that we had, and made sure to explain, in as much detail as we wanted every step prior to them taking it, they were a dream team and I didn’t know lawyers could be so nice!!
