What inspired you to join the team here?
Mykia: “I heard a lot about how family oriented this firm was, and it turned out to be very true”
What’s the most meaningful part of working with Fasig Brooks?
Mykia: “Helping our clients get through such a hard time in their lives it’s very rewarding to see people heal from their injuries and get their lives back on track”
If each day had 25 hours, what would you do with the extra time?
Mykia: “I would eat and sleep you can’t ever go wrong with more time to take care of yourself”
What book or movie has had a significant impact on you and why?
Mykia: “
The Devil Wears Prada it taught me that experience is the best teacher, even if it’s not in the specific field you want to be in. It’s also a good example of how hard work does pay off…that’s kind of how I got into the legal field!”
What keeps you going when you feel pressure or stress?
Mykia: One of our Fasig Brooks secrets is our chocolate drawer it keeps me going on days like that, lol.”
What’s your dream car?
Mykia: “Black Chevy Tahoe LT with Cabin Seats”
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?
Mykia: “Heaven, to visit my sister”
What’s your favorite activity outside of work?
Mykia: “Eating!”
What’s your favorite place to visit?
Mykia: “The islands”
What’s the most frequently asked question you get from clients?
Mykia: “How long will my case take to resolve? Also How much is my case worth? The only answer to those questions is that every case is based off of the extent of the injuries, how much medical treatment is needed, and how much insurance coverage there is to cover the costs.”
