Q.How long have you been at Fasig Brooks?
Victoria: “2 years 10 months”
Q.Describe your role at Fasig Brooks.
Victoria: “My role is to make thejourney for our clients a nice and smooth one. I am there to direct them in receiving medical treatment, talk to them about their recovery from their injuries and make them feel comfortable and at ease.”
Q. What inspired you to join the team here?
Victoria: “Kimmy Hogan!”
Q. What’s the most meaningful part of working at Fasig Brooks?
Victoria: “When I get the most support and compensation for my clients, when they feel comfortable talking to me about anything, and when they are happy with the outcome of their case.”
Q. If each day had 25 hours, what would you do with the extra time?
Victoria: “If I was at work, I would settle more cases, but personally I would take some “me”time such as getting massages, facials, spending more time with my husband , friends andfamily.”
Q. What book or movie has had a significant impact on you and why?
Victoria: “I am not a big reader. However, The Shack was a very moving and spiritual book for me. The most important lesson I took from it is about forgiveness-in order to have a happy life, you cannot hold grudges or hate in your heart.”
Q. What keeps you going when you are under pressure?
Victoria: “Hoping for good outcomes for my clients.”
Q. What is something about Fasig Brooks you wish more people knew about?
Victoria: “How we are such a tight family! Even though we are all colleagues, it feelsmore likefamily.”
Q: What’s your dream car?
Victoria: “Range Rover-they are safe, and of course they are nice to the eye.”
Q: If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?
Victoria: “I have been blessed to see so much of the world, but I have never been to Switzerland. That is on my bucket list for sure!”
Q. What’s your favorite activity outside of work?
Victoria: “Doing karaoke with my husband, going to the beach, and I love to dance!”
Q: What’s your favorite place to visit?
Victoria: “My folks in Colombia”
Q: What’s the most frequently asked question you get from clients and how do you answer?
Victoria: “’What is my case worth?’ I usually explain to them it depends on their injuries, age, property damage, and how extensive their damages may be.”
